We have very much valued John’s involvement in Threefold Architecture beginning in early 2018. At a time in our business where we were experiencing exponential growth, Johns viewpoints, direction, and facilitation gave us a very strong focus for the business. John was flexible with the program pace and worked around our dad to day commitments.
Before working with John, although we had personal and business goals, we had not adequately communicated these to each other or our team, nor had we formalised these. Part of our Traxion Program included digging deep into how we see the business developing as a vehicle for which will deliver our personal achievement goals, both for us as directors, and our team. Then with John facilitating, we began designing how we want our business to be experienced by us, our team, and our clients. Although this process was difficult at times, it has been extremely beneficial for our cohesive team culture, our consideration of business transactions, and now beginning to create stronger connections to our clients and their projects.
Although we have really only scratched the surface of this work, we consider John’s involvement has added much value to the business by way of creating structure and clarity around our transactions within the business, and externally with clients, consultants, and others.
